Keep up the great work C.H.

... how about Mr. Bagley's salary? This gentlemen has presided over at least two major financial scandals and still has his job????

How can we create a new comment thread?

Hamburger, you had better get on the stick forthwith or this Blog is going to die an ignominious death. VeggieBurger can not continue to pose questions and answer them himself/herself. We must persist in exposing and altering the questionable practices of Achramo and his RSB lackies, and make whole the those unfortunate persons harmed as a result of their illegal endeavors.

Sorry for the Christmas truce. I welcome all stories. Send me an email if you have a story/something to expose at ethicsinpubliceducation@gmail.com

Dear Veggieburger,

Please wait patiently for the one known as Concerned Hamburger to sift through your written fodder. Wait one moment, we have an update. Send an email to the host, Concerned Hamburger expressing your thoughts for a new thread.

Answer: The one who presided over two scandals.

Question: Mr. Bagley

Who is this chap, what does the job description entail, what are the measures of holding someone in this position accountable to meeting the expectations of the job description?

Has anyone out there actually talked to Steve Achramovitch about the issues posted here? I don't see many hands held up. I think that would be a great place to start with this question and others. So how do we get an audience with the super?

i think if you want an audience with the new super you might have to go to a school board meeting. all members of the community have the opportunity to speak up (there are some exceptions as to what can be discussed) however, just because you speak up at a school board meeting doesnt mean that the boe or the super will address your questions or concerns. good luck and encourage others to attend the meetings.

Go ahead, speak up at a board meeting, Anonymous, but remember, if you ask the wrong questions or have the gall to push your agenda, the taser awaits.

My rather long winded post about addressing the BOE and the Super never made it onto the thread. There are two barriers we're facing. Accountability and apathy. If the public were to begin attending the BOE meetings on a regular basis, apathy could be overcome, step by step in the name of demanding accountability. An employer can hold employees to levels of performance or end their employment if required levels are not met. As the employers of both Steve A. and the educators, to include other support and administration staff I suspect it is our right to establish measures of accountability and performance. When not met, the party or parties should go on notice followed by termination. What CEO is not accountable since the days of Enron, Worldcom, Adelphia, etc...??? Steve A. and any other district employees should not behave as if they're locked into a position with certain job security. Neither should any BOE member. When you run your mouth off, are embarrased and humiliated about ignorant remarks related to electrostatically bringing a person to their knees, be the leader you signed up to be and apologize. If you're not going to pursue a teacher contract in this school year which educators and taxpayers can live with, then say so. Let's clear the air. I look forward to seeing anyone with a smidge of guts at the coming BOE meetings.
