Doctor Richard Jetter turns himself in to the Hamburg Police admitting he filed false reports about the damage to his car

WKBW Channel 7 News reports that Doc. Jetter turned himself in to Hamburg Police over the weekend.

Jetter turns himself in to police

In the video, Hamburg Board President David Yoviene claims there were reasons for the alleged vandalism, and he knows the reasons why.  President Yoviene made this utterance the day after Jetter manufactured this twisted story.  It seems, Yoviene needs to be kicked off the Hamburg Board, stat.   And then the video from Channel 7 shows none other than former Hamburg Board President Greg Wichlacz (the guy with the ear ring).  Wichlacz claims he doesn't believe it, this story about Jetter is the work of a group of nefarious people.  Hey Wichlacz, we know you love the "Hamburg blog"- so here is a news flash: get a clue.

The entire district is laced with two faced liars. From the administration to the cleaning staff. Hamburg Schools are a joke. I feel for the honest hard working employees of the district and suggest they move on to greener pastures.
With love,
:)

If I didn't know better I would think this is a script of a bad soap opera but I would also say that the storyline is too unbelievable for TV! Jetter didn't lie - he said he knew who was responsible for the vandalism - HE WAS! Well knock me down with a feather ... This is seriously funny... I can't help but giggle it is so ridiculous!

Now that Jetter's admitted to one, how about the alleged egging at his Town of Tonawanda home?
Many in the community had suspicions about the validity of the report from the onset. My guess is that the Town of Tonawanda Police administrators will not reopen the investigation into this false report and misuse of police resources (police patrols did continual checks of his house, 24/7).

Jetter has an association with the Town of Tonawanda Police through the weekly calls they handled at Dexter Erie 1 BOCES when he was Principal. Police responded there each week to quell the fights- and petty disputes, something the school administration couldn't or wouldn't handle. In fact, Dexter Terrace now employs off-duty Town of Tonawanda officers to work security a $43/hr.

Many would like to see this case fully investigated, but in the Town of Tonawanda, that ain't likely to happen.

Jetter put on leave-

The question is how did Jetter put his car into a pole?

Dexter Terrace is where Ken-Ton sends it's ALP students. So these are not the best and brightest of the ken-Ton District. You know what the old saying is in education. Those who can't teach, become principals. Those who can't be principals become ad building administrators.

Is this not the same guy who last month announced an impromptu press conference and pounded his fist into the air, surrounded by 100 like-minded minions?

When you have pathological liars running a district you can expect that the effects will trickle down to the ones that matter the most...the kids.

The Hamburg SD is an embarrassment. The SB antics make Buffalo look sane. You have in fighting, bullying, and intimidation. You question why these people even ran for SB. Was it to satisfy their egos or to push their own agendas. The answer should be to make better schools for the kids. I have friends who live in Hamburg and they say it is a really nice place to live but the taxes are high. For their money you would think they would get better value for their money than the last two superintendents. One who was asked to resign from his previous two positions because he was incompetent and was accused of having an improper relationship with a staff member. Now you have Jetter who creates this elaborate story about how his car was vandalized with a fake threating note. Jetter just kissed his career away.

It would be great if the world of education allowed for easy movement between districts. Unfortunately with lay offs and cuts happening in many districts, it is riskier to leave Hamburg and start elsewhere only to leave yourself at the bottom of the seniority list. Many teachers with a few years in feel stuck in the muck of HCSD. Can't move, don't want to stay. The kids are great, but the administrators...

Jetter was never Principal of the Alternative Learning Program at Dexter Terrace. He was a teacher in the structured suspension room for a year. The comments about ALP students weren't necessary- they were rude and have no bearing on this story whatsoever.
Oh, what the heck is "riddens"? It should be "riddance".
